About CDRH Careers

Competencies provide a common language for describing what an employee needs to know and do to carry out the work and achieve the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of CDRH. The CDRH Careers Planning Framework uses competencies to characterize the requirements for each role. Each role has two types of competencies:

  • Technical
  • Foundational

The framework also includes separate Leadership competencies for the Management and Leadership role.
